Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who has left a lasting impression on the small screen. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. In no time she was moving to Texas to pursue her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period before she moved to Orlando Florida. She took part in a wide range of roles in acting, such as local independent films and commercials. In spite of the minor roles, she discovered acting as her true love. After moving to New York and in 2001 she scored her first acting gig on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000, she appeared in small roles on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut major show was The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career was on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Then she joined the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and has earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a short time afterwards. She played Marisol Deko, Horatio Caine's wife. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian as well as having a 10-year-old younger brother called Cory. The family she was raised in was a religious and conservative family. Milano was just seven years young when her babysitter drove Milano to an audition. Four girls were selected from more than a thousand aspirants. Milano appeared on the television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions including the musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
