Mikaela Hoover is an American actress who was born on 12th July 1984. Her parents are from Iranian and Italian descent. She was raised and birthed to Colbert Washington. As a young girl she began taking dance classes. Later on, she took part in school performances. Then, she began appearing in commercials for local businesses as a model for children. After graduating from the theatre programme in Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in USA to continue her study. Mikaela started her acting career in 2007, when the film "Frank" was made. She then starred as the lead actor in "Sorority forever". After that, she was auditioned by James Gunn to play the part of Humanzee. In the following years, she appeared in James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela as the lead actor. Hoover first made an appearance in American films in 2010 where she played in the movie 'How I Met Your Mother. She also appeared in a film called Super, directed by James Gunn.
